VOLT TRYOUT REGISTRATION

This registration session will allow you to complete the required player information prior to the

2025-2026 VOLT VOLLEYBALL TRYOUTS

Please read through each page carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

To complete registration through our secure site, please have your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or ACH Bank Account information available.

THIS IS A TWO-STEP REGISTRATION PROCESS. 

YOU WILL NEED TO COMPLETE BOTH THE NCR TRY-OUT MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENT AND VOLT REGISTRATION FORM.  INSTRUCTIONS BELOW:

STEP 1:  NCR MEMBERSHIP

This must be purchased prior to completing the  VOLT Tryout Registration Form. Once completed, you will need to come back to this registration and finish the VOLT Registration. 

25-26 NCR TRYOUT ($15)

• 25-26 NCR Tryout three month ($15)
• This is non-refundable.  If you purchase this now AND your daughter plays for a club, you will need to purchase the remaining $50 at that time to obtain a full membership.

STEP 2:  VOLT Tryout Registration Form ($55)

You will need to return to the VOLT webpage and complete the VOLT Tryout registration form.

*There will be a late fee ($20) added for 12-14s starting Oct. 23.  

COMPLETE STEP 1 HERE:  INSTRUCTIONS TO GET YOUR PLAYERS NCR MEMBERSHIP 

Full memberships, as determined by USA Volleyball, allow individuals to participate in all USA Volleyball, NCR, and other Regions sanctioned events without restriction.  This membership is required in order to play VOLT Volleyball and attend practices and tournaments. 

Before you can purchase a membership for your player:

• LOG IN, if you have a Sports Engine account.
• CREATE A PARENT ACCOUNT, then log in and purchase a membership for your participant.
• USA Volleyball safety guidelines for minor age athletes require that the parent/legal guardian purchase the membership within the parent's/legal guardian's SportEngine Account
• Your player's NCR-USAV membership information and profile will be within the parent's My SE Household.

** PARENTS/GUARDIANS must purchase the NCR/USAV membership for their player(s) prior to registering for tryouts.  Please utilize the link below to purchase this membership and return to the tryout registration.

Make sure you choose YOUR DAUGHTER'S NAME when you are purchasing the membership.

REMEMBER, WHEN YOU ARE DONE OBTAINING THE NCR MEMBERSHIP, YOU MUST COME BACK TO THIS VOLT PAGE AND CONTINUE THIS REGISTRATION TO  SIGN UP FOR THE VOLT TRY-OUT FEE.

REFUNDS

VOLT will NOT be refunding tryout fees.  If a player decided not to attend tryouts, please notify VOLT Volleyball prior to the tryout date.  

No season refunds will be made after registration closure unless the following condition is met: A refund of the registration fee based on percentage of season played (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) may be granted for a season-altering injury if request is accompanied by written documentation from a physician. Refund will be issued back to the original form of payment.
